Notary Services
Texas Hill Trust Notary provides mobile and online notary appointment coordination, including acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, general document notarization, and loan signing support where eligible.
No Legal Advice
Notary services do not include legal advice, document drafting, or legal representation. Customers are responsible for understanding document requirements or consulting an attorney when needed.
Identity and Eligibility
Signers must provide acceptable identification, appear willingly, and meet applicable legal requirements. Some documents may not be eligible for remote online notarization.
Pricing
Texas notarial act fees follow applicable Texas law. Travel, urgent scheduling, parking, remote-session, and convenience fees are quoted separately before appointment confirmation.
