Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notary prices are confirmed before the appointment. Travel, urgent scheduling, document count, and appointment type can affect the final quote.
Appointment Deposits
Appointment deposits and travel fees reserve time and cover scheduling preparation. If a client cancels before the notary begins travel or remote-session preparation, we will review whether the payment can be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.
Completed Services
Payments for completed notarization services are generally non-refundable once the appointment is completed, the notary has appeared, or remote-session preparation has occurred.
Unable to Complete
If notarization cannot be completed because legally required identification, signer presence, document readiness, or eligibility requirements are not met, travel and preparation fees may still apply.
Rescheduling
Clients should contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We try to apply eligible deposits to a new appointment when reasonable.
